Classified Advert Terms

Your Payment
We start work as soon as we can after payment from you. No work starts until payment is received.

Your Advert Translation
We translate up to 500 characters of your advert into French for publication on Agent-Immobilier-France.com. If your advert is longer than 500 characters, we will edit it to create a short description for translation. This will contain the main selling points. The full original text will appear on FrenchPropertyLinks.com. Translation and editing is done manually by native speakers to ensure a high quality of work.

Your Photos
After entering your advert you are sent an email with full details of where to send your photos. If you have selected the premier service you can have up to 10 photos. Once we have received your photos (either by email or by post) we resize and adapt them for publication on the site.

Link to your website
Sometimes people already have a website (or webpage) that provides additional details of the property being sold. If you do then we will link to it (if you have selected the Premier service) for no extra charge.  However the link must relate specifically to the property being sold (general links will not be accepted).

When Can I Expect Publication?
When payment is made and photos are sent immediately then our aim is to publish within 10 working hours. Note: we work normal office hours, do not work weekends or Bank Holidays. Sometimes if we are very busy we might not publish your advert within this time period. Quite often we publish adverts on the same day as payment (if we have everything we need i.e. payment and photos). The most common reason for an advert being published late is because we have not received the photos.

Handling Sales Enquiries
Your advert will contain your contact details and people interested in your property will contact you directly. You are responsible for dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings and negotiating the sale. It is your responsibility to ensure that any prospective buyer is trustworthy and that the correct legal procedure is followed. Always contact your Notaire before accepting any payments relating to the sale of your property.

Your Guarantee
We want your advert to get results. Each advert has a specified advertising period (usually six months).  We promise that your advert will appear on the French Property Links website for at least as long as the advertising period purchased. If you are not satisfied at the end of the advertising period purchased, you can take advantage of the Advert guarantee. To get a full refund of your advertising fee you should send an email to French Property Links confirming your name, address and your Purchase transaction ID from your WorldPay Invoice (for security reasons). Refund requests will only be accepted in the four weeks following the end of the advertising period purchased.
