What's in Plélauff?
Truth be told, there's not a lot in Plélauff, at least not in terms of night-life and shops... but that is just the way the residents like it. Quaint and charming, the village has some historic features that are worth seeing, such as its church and its Notre Dame de la Croix Chapel, as well as its ancient buildings and twisting, narrow streets. There's a little bar, where you can practice or polish your French and get to know the locals, and if you want a string of shops and a choice of restaurants, there are plenty of well equipped towns and villages all within easy reach. Gouarec and Plougernevel are the closest villages while the closest towns are Rostrenen, Pontivy and slightly further away St Brieuc.
