How to get there
If you want to fly, you can take a flight to Dinard, Rennes, Lorient or Brest. Dinard is served by Aurigny and Ryanair; Rennes by flybe and Aer Lingus; Lorient by Aer Arann; and Brest by flybe and Ryanair. Travelling by rail will get you to St Brieuc, and for those who choose to take to the seas, St Malo and Roscoff are the nearest ferry ports. Drivers will find the town on the D44, which can be found mid-way between the N12 and N164.

Property prices and availability in and around Ploeuc sur Lié
The Côtes d'Armor is a popular and often somewhat expensive department, as it is very popular and its charms have been well known for many years to the foreign property market. Prices in and around Ploeuc sur Lié are generally lower though, than those on the coast or in the better known mediaeval towns such as Dinan. There are currently a number of properties on the market for between 70,000 and 200,000 Euros.
