4000 square meters of land in a "zone agricole". Whilst there is no specific planning permission we do have paperwork stating that constructions are allowed but limited to commercial or industrial use. There is also a new unit under construction on the plot next to this one. Only a few minutes away from the village of Oradour sur Vayres.

OK, it's a bit overgrown at the moment but there is a building plot in there, honestly!! The land measures just under 1000m and is situated between Chabanais and St Junien, perfectly placed for easy acces to shops and restaurants etc. Why not come and clear the land, pick the apples and blackberries, make a crumble and then build your house?
This barn measures about 70m2 and sits in 500m of land. There is no planning permission with it at the moment and no services are connected (water and electricity are not too far away) but if you are looking for a little place to store things then this could be for you.
What we have here is something a little different! A piece of land of just over 800m, surrounded by woodland and fields with a cabin. The cabin has a living area, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It has water connected but there is no electricity or drainage. A perfect place to get away from it all.
Once again I was inspired by the music on the radio while I was doing this write up…. The back walls of this old house are still standing but to in all fairness , you will have to take them down and re-build. However, you could use the old stones to build a new house.
