We found this very quiet situated lake on the border of the Charente and the Haute Vienne. The lake is about 4.500 m2 but can be enlarged until + 8.000 m2 (2 acres).
Walking around the lakes you can hear the fish splashing everywhere ……. Two lakes one of 9.000 m2 (2,25 acres) and the second of 2.000 m2 (0,5 acre). With 20.000 m2 (5 acres) land extra and a cabin. And for just ……..Yes this is a bargain.
This fishing lake is an angler’s paradise. Surrounded by farmland, peaceful and not overlooked, its one and a half acres (nearly) are stocked with the most superb specimens of carp and sturgeon. These monsters weigh in at a colossal 30lbs and more (and we’ve got the pictures to prove it!)
6.000 m2 lake = 1.5 acres of water. With 10.000 m2 land = 2.5 acres. So in total 4 acres of BIG FUN. The only problem is that you must like fishing.If so......................
Beautiful secluded location, lake, woodland and a summerhouse to die for. The lake is about 5000m² in area and on average about 1m50 deep. Stocked with carp, pike, perch & roach this spring fed lake is surrounded by woodland. There is a small grazing area with stable on the edge of the plot which totals about 3.4 hectares (8.5 acres.)
