This is not a lake to start a fishing business but for you and your friends private use it is perfect. The total plot is just over 8000m² including 2 lakes. The larger is 3400m² and the smaller 880m². The land goes all around the lakes and has lots of mature trees. Access is by a lane of the main road and it is very private. There will never be permission to build a dwelling but we are waiting to hear whether one could have a small chalet in wood.
