Set in the Armagnac region of the Gers, an exceptionally fine chateau, carefully restored from a near ruin. 4.5 hectares of woodland, parkland and meadow. Situated in the NW corner of the Gers, in the Armagnac region, close to the border with the Lot and Garonne. Local shops are a few minutes away and there is easy access to a number of market towns. Bordeaux and Toulouse airports are each about 1 hour 40 mins and the A62 autoroute, Bordeaux/Toulouse, is about 30 mins., as is Agen with TGV.
