This is a really nice piece of constructible land just a couple of minutes away from the lively and popular little town of Chaillac where there are a good selection of shops and services as well as a lovely swimming lake and fishing lakes. The larger medieval town of St Benoit du Sault is about 5 to 10 minutes drive away and here you will find a larger selection of shops. This town is also officially ‘one of the most beautiful towns in France’!
This detached garage and barn are situated in a peaceful hamlet close to the little village of Tilly where there is a (very!) small general store. It is a 5 minute drive to the lively little town of Chaillac with a selection of small shops and services as well as a lovely swimming and fishing lake. The larger town of St Benoit du Sault with supermarket and more shops and services is less than 10 minutes away by car.
This cute little semi-detached cottage sits at right angles with its own detached barn, and comes with full planning permission for extension and conversion into a 2 bed house making approximately 100m² of living space. It sits in a small hamlet only a few minutes from the small town of Chaillac – a lively little place with bars and restaurants as well as a selection of small shops including a mini supermarket.
This barn is situated in a small hamlet a couple of minutes drive from the popular little town of Chaillac with a selection of small commerce including baker, mini supermarket and a number of bars and restaurants. There is also a lovely swimming lake with beach and facilities for children and Limoges airport is around 45 minutes away.
What a cutie! This is such a sweet little cottage with such a lot of history behind it that we instantly fell in love with it! Sitting right in the centre of the village of Lignac, next to the ancient ‘lavoir’ where the village women used to do their washing, it is really at the heart of things. The village has a bar/restaurant, school, bakers, post office, builder’s merchants and small general store. The airport of Limoges is only 50 minutes away and the A20 motorway 15 minutes.
I think that we can all see that this property needs more than a little renovation, however, it is in a lovely setting about 10 minutes from the popular and lively little town of Chaillac where there is a good selection of shops and services, and yet you are on the edge of a pretty little hamlet with very few neighbours, and peace and quiet and beautiful views to surround you
