How to get there

You can fly direct from the UK to Poitiers, La Rochelle or Angoulême. All the airports are served by Ryanair, while La Rochelle is also served by Flybe, EasyJet and Jet2. The TGV train arrives in Niort, just half an hour from Brioux sur Boutonne, providing another easy way to get to the town. The nearest ferry port is that of St Malo, with a drive of around 350 kilometres after disembarking. Brioux sur Boutonne is situated on the D950, with the nearest major road being the A10.
