peppered with cheap places to buy. But in the last few years the number
of real bargains (£10,000 or under) has dropped off, as more and more
people have taken advantage of the crazy prices.

row of three - the other two cottages have had complete renovations
within the last 12 months. The peaceful hamlet of le Mezeray has its own
small tabac/bar and is within two miles of Lanvallay and 3 miles of
Dinan. So you'll never be far from a coffee, beer or DIY store. The roof doesn't leak - but probably hasn't got many years left in it. Behind the house is a small garden. To the right is a derelict cottage that could be purchased separately and converted to make a nice courtyard garden. |

Le Mezeray is half a mile from the legendry forest of Coetquen and 3 miles from the Rance river.
