Property Details:

This is an unusual project in a mountain village close to the Valmorel ski domaine. It is 7 minutes from the slopes of the Grand Domaine ski area and it has breathtaking views of the mountains.

There are 2 buildings, one habitable and one not, on offer.

The habitable building is a village house of around 100 m² and comprises:
• Living area with a wood burner
• Dining room
• Fitted kitchen
• Bathroom and WC
• Utility room
• 5 bedrooms
• Shower room and WC
• South-facing balcony
• Loft
• Cellar

The second building used to be commercial and is not considered habitable in its current state. It has two floors with the ground floor being approx. 74m² and divided into two large rooms. The first floor is accessed from the roadside and is approx. 77m². It is currently used as a garage/workshop. There is also a top floor under the eaves with an overall floor area of approx. 60m² but only 14.5m² above 1.8m in height. This floor has great views.
The properties have lots of potential.

The resort of Valmorel was built in the 1970’s across the Maurienne and Tarentaise valleys. It was built specifically to look and feel like a traditional mountain village and features a pedestrianised main street with hamlets gathered around it and along the lower slopes. It has more than 80 slopes with access to many more in the other Le Grand Domaine ski resorts. In all, Valmorel has 152km of downhill pistes and 20km of cross-country trails, ideal for off-piste skiing and snowboarding.
There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants along the traffic-free main street, as well as a cinema and a nightclub.

Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble airports are all just a couple of hours away.
The TGV station is in Moûtiers, just 20 minutes away.
