Two adjacent plots of land in the pretty village of Douzains in the beautiful countryside sited midway between the Dordogne and Lot rivers about 25k South of Bergerac.

Property features:
Land

Property Details:

The plots enjoy a stunning view over the surrounding countryside with a southerly-facing aspect.

Ideal for building a house(s) with sunny terraces and sun-kissed swimming pool. These plots of land had a Certificat Urbanisme (planning permission) until last year. It lapsed only because we decided not to press ahead with building. We anticipate no problems in getting the certificate renewed, not least because the French government have introduced restrictions on building outside village boundaries.

These plots are inside the village boundary right next to the Salles des Fetes (village hall). We would consider selling provisionally based on planning permission being renewed. This would need outline plans for the proposed construction being submitted.

The plots are 3200 and 3300 m². To locate them on the Cadastral (https://www.cadastre.gouv.fr/scpc/listerSectionsParcelle.do) the municipality is Douzains, 47330, Lot-et-Garonne. To search by plot the Prefix is 000, the section AO (O not zero) and the plots are 0187 and 0188.
