Looking for a French property and want to know what you can afford?

If YES please fill in the Decision in Principle form below...

when you might be in a rush to complete

All provided FREE of charge and with NO obligation to you.

Note: minimum loan size is 75,000 euros.

All information is treated in strict confidence (although it may be divulged to French lenders and advisors in order to obtain quotes). By submitting the form to us you are deemed to have authorised any such disclosure. Please note: a fully completed mortgage application form and satisfactory documentation will be required before a formal mortgage offer can be made.

Please ensure you provide complete and accurate figures.
