Saint Quentin has plenty of art galleries and museums, and also two fabulous venues for the performing arts. Another possibility would be to travel to Lille by Eurostar, change to a TGV to Ablaincourt (situated about 19 miles or 30 kilometres from Saint Quentin), then take a local train to the city itself.
